MES expert? I am looking for highly skilled manufacturing and implementation engineers to join and support leading pharmaceutical and biotech organisations deliver next-generation MES solutions across Europe.

We are expanding our Life Sciences MES team and are looking for consultants with hands-on MES implementation experience who are passionate about digital manufacturing, continuous improvement and solving complex challenges in regulated environments.

Working as part of a growing specialist team, you will contribute to MES transformation projects for some of the world's most innovative life sciences companies, with a particular focus on Werum PAS-X and related MES platforms.

Your Role

As an MES Consultant, you will play an active role in the design, configuration and delivery of MES solutions within pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing environments.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Designing and configuring MES solutions for life sciences clients
• Performing MBR (Master Batch Record) modelling and related MES design activities
• Supporting MES implementation, testing and deployment activities
• Collaborating with client stakeholders, business users, and technical teams
• Contributing to validation and verification activities, including MBR and EBR verification where applicable
• Supporting workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions
• Helping clients improve manufacturing processes through digitalisation and MES innovation

What We're Looking For

Required

• 2+ years of experience working with MES solutions in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences manufacturing environments
• Hands-on MES implementation experience (essential)
• Practical MBR modelling experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within regulated life sciences environments
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Ability to work effectively in client-facing environments
• Growth mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn

Preferred

• Experience with Werum PAS-X
• Experience with other life sciences MES platforms (e.g. PharmaSuite or similar)
• Knowledge of MBR verification and EBR verification activities
• MES platform installation or technical infrastructure experience
• Consulting experience
• Dutch, Flemish, and/or French language skills

Location & Travel

This role is based in Belgium, with team hubs in Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent.

The position requires regular client-site presence, typically 2–3 days per week for Belgian projects. Additional travel may be required for international assignments depending on project needs.
